Refund policy

All purchases are subject to availability. If the items you have ordered and paid for are unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible and refund you for the unavailable items within 7 working days of receipt of payment.

Shipping

We ship through UAfrica affiliated couriers or Postnet.

Please provide us with a physical address that can receive parcels or your closest Postnet branch in the shipping address form at checkout.

Please allow 2-9 working days for delivery. We will notify you at peak busy times if it could take longer.

Simple Seed can not be held responsible for unavoidable and unforeseen circumstances that make delivery impossible.

Damaged Goods

We take the utmost care in selecting and packing your purchases. However, if you receive damaged goods or goods in an unacceptable condition, please contact us immediately.

We may ask that you take a photo of the items and send it to us.

You will need to pack the items carefully and return them to us for inspection, providing us with any necessary tracking information.

Once the items have been inspected, we will notify you of whether you are eligible for a replacement, store credit or refund.

Please allow 7 working days from our receipt of damaged goods until a replacement/store credit/refund is processed.

Returns Policy

If you wish to return a purchase, you need to:

Contact Us within 10 working days of purchase to inform us that you would like to return an item.

Ensure the item is unopened and still in its original condition.

Pack the item safely and securely and return it to us, providing us with any necessary tracking information.

Once the item has arrived with us and been checked for original quality we will inform you whether you are eligible for a shop credit or refund. Please allow 7 working days for refunds to be processed.

 

All shipping is at your own cost. All shipping and courier fees are non-refundable.
